Hey, I'm Ashley!

My mission is to empower women over 30 to break free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting and finally achieve lasting weight loss, strength, and confidence.

After years of seeing women struggle with unsustainable fitness trends and diets, I created TEMPL as a way to finally break free from the cycle of restrictive eating and dieting and provide clear direction to help women hit their goals.

As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I understand that life is busy and your health can feel overwhelming. That’s why I prioritize practical solutions that fit seamlessly into your daily routine. Whether you're looking to build muscle, rev up your metabolism, or feel more energized, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
