Hi, I'm Ashley

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I became a coach after years of yoyo dieting and feeling frustrated with my lack of control over my weight, especially as I got older. I have applied my knowledge in behavioral design with the most effective, scientifically backed approaches to getting and staying fit and put together a program for busy women over 30 who want to age gracefully and stay fit for life.

Empowered Eating

I will teach you how to nail your nutrition to build muscle, increase satiety and improve your body composition without the need to eliminate foods or follow a restrictive meal plan.

Building Muscle Basics

I will show you how to start using resistance training to build muscle, tone your body and target key areas you want to improve on your physique.
